Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully. All Terms and Conditions presented on this page supersede any other information presented by TrafficTicketBust or TrafficTicketBust representatives. By using the TrafficTicketBust website or services, you agree to follow and be bound to the terms and conditions presented below and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. TrafficTicketBust reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notifying you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use TrafficTicketBust services.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OF FULL LEGAL AND MENTAL CAPACITY TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED BELOW.
TrafficTicketBust and all TrafficTicketBust associates, affiliates, employees, representatives, partners, owners, shareholders, investors, agents, or directors, are herein referred to as “TrafficTicketBust”. Paying customer and/or person utilizing service, information, or products is herein referred to as “customer.”
Money Back Guarantee:
All clients are entitled to a refund of the trafficticketbust.com Premium Service cost per each individual citation if the case is not dismissed or found not guilty by the courts. Client must file a trial by written declaration with the courts before the deadline to be eligible for any guarantee. Failure to submit a trial by written declaration will result in loss of guarantee privileges. In addition to the money back guarantee on the service cost, certain clients may be eligible for the “Pay My Ticket” guarantee.
Guarantee Refund Process:
To receive a refund, fill out and send us Claim Form C1. You may contact a TrafficTicketBust representative to get this form. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the notice of decision. Refund requests are generally processed within 30 days. If the purchase was made less than 120 days ago, the refund will be issued back to the original credit card. Otherwise,a check will be mailed.
“Pay My Ticket” Guarantee:
All customers are eligible for a full money back guarantee of the service cost. However, certain customers are eligible for the “Pay My Ticket” Guarantee. To qualify, customers must be contesting a violation CVC 22350 (Violation of Basic Speed Law) and purchase the Premium service, eService customers do not qualify. The indicated speed must be less than 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. The amount sent to the customer via check shall equal the bail amount, but be no more than $200.00. Not applicable with promotional pricing.
Disclosure Policy:
Under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, all forms must be submitted accurately and truthfully. Descriptions and Information must be entirely correct. Trafficticketbust.com is not liable for fraudulent information provided by the customer. If information is found to be false, no refund is obtainable.
Traffic School:
All trafficticketbust.com customers who wish will have a request for traffic school made in their name. This is only applicable to those who are found guilty of their traffic ticket and wish to enroll in traffic school. A request for traffic school does not guarantee entry and is only available to those who meet the Court’s criteria.
Deadlines:
The customer holds the responsiblity of ensuring that all court correspondence is on time and that request is filed, bail is paid, and TR-205 is filed before deadlines. A refund will
not be granted by trafficticketbust.com if the court refuses the trial by written declaration because of a late submission. Trafficticketbust is not liable for any fees or penalties associated with client not adhering to the Court’s deadlines and due dates.
Privacy Statement:
Any and all information collected by trafficticketbust.com is stored in a secure facility and not shared with anyone other than trafficticketbust.com employees.
Legal Disclosure:
Trafficticketbust.com is NOT a legal service and in no way, shape, or form is an establishment of legal representation. Trafficticketbust.com is recognized as an informative website only, and is classified as a “filing service”. Trafficticketbust.com assumes no responsibility for individual cases. Customer assumes all civil liability and responsibility for fraudulent or misleading information reported or supplied to the California court system. Under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, all customers state that all given information is true and correct. Www.trafficticketbust.com is not liable for any fines or fees associated with a traffic infraction, including, but not limited to, civil assessment fees, late fees, and court processing fees.
Organizational Disclosure:
Www.trafficticketbust.com is a subsidiary of parent company, GCM Enterprises, LLC. A fictitious business name statement has been filed with San Diego County.
Refund Policy:
All eService sales are final. Premium Service transactions are refundable only when a trial by written declaration is not granted by the courts.
Fee Deferment Program:
Also known as the “Bill Me Later” option, this program allows for a deferment of our Premium Service cost of $99.00 until the customer needs the written defense prepared. The administrative fee of $39.00 must be collected to initiate program. TrafficTicketBust will prepare the written defense, but not submit it to the customer until the remaining balance of $99.00 is collected.
Refund Checks:
Once mailed, a duplicate or replacement guarantee check may and not be issued.
Alteration of Statement:
Any alteration of the written defense statement provided to client by www.trafficticketbust.com will void any guarantee. It is the legal responsibility of the client to ensure the any documentation submitted to the courts is true, correct, and accurate.
Failure To Adhere To Deadlines:
The responsibility to adhere to court-imposed deadlines falls upon the client. wwww.TrafficTicketBust.com is not liable for any failure of client to respond or submit documents to the court on time. Refunds will not be given for non-adherence of deadlines.
Customer Responsibility:
The customer must send trafficticketbust.coma clear, legible copy of the original ticket 10 days before the appearance date. Failure to do so will result in loss of guarantee privileges.
Intellectual Property:
All documents and statements of www.trafficticketbust.com are not to be sold, distributed or reproduced. Copyright infringement is a crime punishable by federal law.
Policy Changes:
Effective November 8th, 2009, Filing Fee will be increased from $35.00 to $39.00. All clients who have paid or are on fee deferment before this time will lock in $35.00 rate.
